Return and Exchange Conditions
Returnable Situations:
The product is unused, unwashed, with tags intact and packaging intact (same as when received).
You can apply for a return or exchange within 21 days after receiving the product (please refer to the specific product page).
If the product has quality problems or the wrong product is sent, we will bear the return and exchange shipping costs.
Unsupported Return and Exchange Situations:
Products that have exceeded the return and exchange period.
Underwear (such as underwear, swimwear) is not supported for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons, not quality issues.
Promotional/discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.
If the product is damaged or modified due to personal reasons (such as dislike/unsuitable).
Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application
Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the product and provide the order number, reason for return and product photos (if there are quality problems).
Review and confirmation
We will process your application within 3 working days and notify you by email whether you meet the return conditions.
Return the product
If the application is approved, please return the product to the return address provided by the customer service and provide the logistics order number.
If the return is due to quality problems, we will bear the shipping costs; if the return is due to personal reasons, you need to bear the shipping costs yourself.
Refund/Exchange
Refund: We will refund to the original payment method within 10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Exchange: After receiving and confirming the return, we will arrange for re-delivery.
Refund Instructions
The refund will be refunded to the original payment method, and the specific arrival time depends on your payment institution (usually 5-10 working days).
Additional fees such as shipping costs and tariffs are not refundable (unless the return is due to quality issues).
