Standard Shipping Fee

For deliveries within the United States, Rollisle applies a standard shipping fee of $9.99.

Delivery Time Frame

At Rollisle, we prioritize swift order processing. Our team endeavors to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours of order confirmation. Following dispatch, our courier partner typically requires 5-6 working days for delivery within the United States. Please be aware that we observe “No dispatch days” on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your shipment is handed over to the courier company, we’ll promptly notify you via email confirming the shipment of your order. These notification emails will include the tracking number and details of the courier company’s website. Please allow approximately 24 business hours for tracking numbers to become active on the courier partner’s website.

Shipping Address

Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed or revised. In instances where courier service is unavailable in your area, we’ll reach out to you to identify another convenient delivery location served by our courier partners. In the event of recipient unavailability, the future course of action lies solely at the discretion of the courier company, with Rollisle assuming no responsibility in this regard.

Shipment Delays

Rollisle shall not be held liable for any unforeseen delays by courier companies in delivering parcels to customers, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. Should non-delivery or late delivery occur due to user error (e.g., wrong or incomplete name or address), any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be claimed from the user who placed the order. If shipping is delayed due to out-of-stock items or other fulfillment issues, we’ll promptly notify you via email or phone.

Rest assured, all items undergo careful inspection and are packed with utmost care to prevent any form of damage during transit.  Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts only. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our courier partner will confirm your presence before delivery. Re-delivery arrangements are simple to make; alternatively, if you’re unavailable during delivery, you can opt to pick up your order from the courier partner’s location.
