Return and Exchange

At Rollisle, we are committed to providing complete satisfaction to our customers with the best products, prices, and service. Our return and exchange policy offer you the flexibility to return or exchange items purchased on Rollisle.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellation

Requests for order modification or cancellation can only be accepted before your order is shipped. Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, in the event of unforeseen issues with the received product, specific terms apply for a mutually consented return:

  • Returns are accepted for products with manufacturing defects or those not as described on the product detail page.
  • Please note that stitched/customized clothing cannot be returned.

Product Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item

If you receive a product in damaged condition, with a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item has been received, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice immediately if the outer packing is damaged or tampered with.
  • In case of discrepancy, refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after noting the issue on the proof of delivery.
  • Lodge a complaint with the local courier agency office to facilitate inspection by our team.
  • Retain all packaging materials and the product until further instructions from Rollisle.com.
  • Provide comprehensive details of the defects/complaints in your email.

Refund

  • Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • Refunds are processed for unfulfilled orders or if Rollisle.com is unable to fulfill its obligations.
  • Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, and 2% bank charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are transferred to the customer’s bank account within 4-6 business days upon receipt of the return shipment.
  • No refund is provided for customs duties, bank deductions, shipping costs, and taxes.
  • For manufacturing defects, the product will be replaced with the same design.
  • Products purchased under offers and discounts are not eligible for refund. Sale, offer, or discount items are eligible for exchange up to a maximum of 3 times.
